   Nursery is available to accommodate babies and toddlers during all service times. Let us take care of your little one while you enjoy service. Our baby nursery is available for ages 0-3.

   We have Junior Church for all children ages 3 years old through 6th Grade during the Sunday morning service. We encourage you to let your child come be a part of our Junior Church, where they will hear Bible preaching, singing, and music.

 King Kids Program is specially designed for all kids from K-3 through 6th grade on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 PM. We invite your children to come be a part of our Kings Kids Program. They will learn Bible verses and lessons from the Bible catered to their own age group. They will also enjoy snack time, music time, and organized games. Come let them be part of the fun as they learn and grow in the Lord!

 We would love to have your teen join us as we meet weekly on Wednesdays and select Sunday nights for our discipleship groups. We offer uplifting music, games, an exciting time of worship, and clear biblical teaching that is theologically driven and practical for today's teen. Here at Hanes Baptist, we believe that the Youth Group exists to train our young people to love God unashamedly, provide them with new and exciting forms of outreach, fellowship that will challenge them to exercise their spiritual gifts, and strengthen their faith to become soul winners for Christ. Your teen will strengthen their relationship with God by establishing new relationships with others in the youth group they can relate with.

At the Young Adult ministry, we believe the Bible is the best resource for seeking direction on how to deal with life choices, changes, and transitions. Our ministry is based on sound biblical principles designed to inspire, educate, and motivate people in all stages of adult levels. The young adult ministry is an exciting place for young adults to gather and learn practical ways to make their lives stronger, and grow in their personal walk with Jesus Christ.

Our Missional Purpose:

1. To reach the young adults of the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

2. To prepare young adults to face the challenges that attack their testimony.

3. To help young adults to connect with each other by creating a community. 

 The goal of the Married Couples Ministry is to strengthen marriages through Biblical principles, increase our understanding of husband and wife roles in God's order, and understand the role of the family in the church. The class as well as the fellowships are open to all married couples.

The Married Couple Ministry seeks to meet the concerns of both partners while strengthening and stabilizing marriages, enabling couples to go the distance to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Marriage is God’s idea and he has a purpose and plan for each marriage. He calls us to become one and model the relation between Jesus and the church. Our marriages can actually be tool that god can use to win men, women, boys and girls to Christ. What an awesome opportunity.

  The Hanes Baptist Senior Ministry offers many opportunities for anyone sixty years of age or older, working or retired, able or disabled married or single, rich or poor to be strengthened and encouraged every day in their walk with God. This ministry emphasizes Fellowship, Bible Study and Prayer Support for spiritual, emotional, social and physical well being of all members. We challenge our members to use their individual spiritual gifts to reach others for Christ and to build up fellow believers in Christ. Come and join folks who are passionate about our church, our Lord and His work. Enjoy time with God's people who still "after all of these years" see walking with Jesus as the most important goal in their life. Sunday School hour @ 9:30am 

   Our Music Ministry functions out of a worshipful heart of praise to the Lord. Our purpose is to please the Lord, lead the congregation into worship, and make God smile! We believe that music can help prepare our hearts for the message that God has placed on our pastor's heart.  As a member if you would like to join notify our music director. Our music is a blend of traditional hymns, southern gospel, chorus songs and a variety of choir songs. We believe that our music ministry should glorify our Lord and live up to the standards that Paul set forth in Colossians 3:16 -"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."

Special Music- We enjoy utilizing soloists, duets, trios, quartets, and ensembles in our worship service. If you fall into one of these categories contact our music director for a rehearsal time.

Our purpose is to provide a safe place for children with special needs to be themselves while learning about God.

We have a wonderful group of volunteers who are patient, responsible and always have the best interest of the child. Our volunteers are trained to understand the needs of the children and have a desire to see them grow in the Lord. Communication is of the utmost importance when it comes to handling children. This is especially important when it comes to handling children who may be non verbal or have speech impediments. Adaptability and inclusivity are traits we have learned go hand in hand while working with special needs children - favorite snacks / games / learning styles / etc. will be noted. We encourage them to join in with other children for our JR Church, but let them know it's not required. The children are constantly praised for all the efforts they make during their time with us. We also provide a safe space classroom with soft play toys, sensory items, and colorful wall murals. We look forward to meeting your child, and providing you with a time of worship!
